In a nod to our humble northeastern beginnings Leo and I have decided that the most appropriate rating system to implement on our blog would be the 5G’s system. This of course is based on the intrinsic “gangsta-ness” of a given establishment. We base our ratings on 2 visits and the quality of atmosphere, product, price, hospitality, and location.
