The 5th Annual Winter Springs Festival of the Arts October 20th and 21st, 2012 10am – 5pm. This is an event is that free and open to everyone who would love to come and appreciate local art. Art works and live entertainment will be present. This should be a fantastic weekend to get out with family and friends and enjoy this event which is being produced by the Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce.
